If you’ve landed here, the idea of bringing a dynamic art experience to your community might have crossed your mind. Over the past eight years, we have built and grown Little Art House to be a sought-after art enrichment resource in Nashville, serving children and adults in meaningful ways.
We started Little Art House out of a desire to elevate access to art-making and creativity for families in our area. We know we are not alone in our mission and vision to make art a cornerstone of child development and an impactful outlet for adults to expand their experiences. In today’s fast-paced world, which relies so heavily on technology and leaves a lot to be desired in many of our school systems; Little Art House bridges an important gap.
Our classes, camps, and special events have made artists out of thousands of people, and we are beyond excited to expand our reach to new markets beyond Nashville.

Our intimate classes allow for hands-on instruction and a personalized experience for all students. Small classes allow for more personal connection between the teacher and student and between classmates as well as provide a supportive environment to be vulnerable in creating.

Accredited Leadership: Our team is made up of seasoned studio owners, managers, and teachers who understand how the business works on every level and bring a deep knowledge and passion to training and developing new franchisees.

As a Little Art House franchisee, you will wear many hats. We believe our strongest owners will be well-connected in their markets and go-getters in spirit. While no specific degree or certification is required to open a Little Art House, we are looking for owners with strong leadership skills, and a passion for life-long learning, and who are excited to build a team that will deliver on the Little Art House experience. We intentionally are providing a flexible footprint so that every Little Art House Franchisee can create a space that reflects their community and their personal passion for visual art!

You are our ideal franchisee IF:
You have a love and understanding of art education, child development, and their community
Are ready to learn, grow, and develop alongside their business.
Have a willingness and ability to spend at least one year as studio manager, if not lead teacher, with a strong in-person presence, building relationships with clients and students.
Are excited to build a team of teachers and facilitators with a like-minded passion for our mission and vision.
Will thrive in the leadership role of owner, lead teacher, and/or studio manager! As a Little Art House franchisee, you will wear many hats. In 2016, when we opened our first 300 sq ft studio space in a single room of a multi-use building on Music Row, I knew we had a dream and a vision but at the time felt that this tiny space would be what we’d needed to start. Little did I know that we’d outgrow this studio within six months and we haven’t stopped growing since. What Little Art House has become supersedes what I could imagine and it is truly my joy to wake up every day and run this business. While it is hard work, I know we are providing a service that is greatly needed and appreciated in our community and we couldn’t have better clients or a better team. I am thrilled to offer this opportunity in new communities and can not wait to befriend and work with future Owners!

From the beginning, we wanted to create a space for all types of people to create freely and comfortably while hopefully finding some inspiration, growth and comradery along the way. What we have found is so much more than that. Our balance of structure and freedom creates a truly unique opportunity for creatives of all ages to enjoy art making in ways they may not have realized was an option. All the hard work and many different hats we wear are worth the juggle when we get to see people connect, heal, grow, or discover new things about themselves with artmaking.
